The room with king size bed. The breakfast was well assorted with a huge variety of dishes.

Immaculate and modern room with exceptionally comfortable beds, cable channels, a refrigerator, and a writing desk. The breakfast was well assorted and very very good and the view was nice! Pleasant staff, peaceful location in the forest.

The place was peaceful and they had free parking right there. It was a nice spot to stay while exploring the countryside. We really loved our super clean and modern room with a huge comfy bed! 😊

The hotel is nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by indigenous forest in the outskirts of Turrialba. The serene setting offers a peaceful retreat, ideal for those seeking a break from the bustling city.

All aspects of our stay were superb, leaving us with no complaints.

Cleanliness was impressive; the hotel facilities including a swimming pool and a common area in the garden were perfect to relax and unwind. We loved our breakfast, and the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring an excellent service during our stay.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to a common area full of chairs to sit at. the room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the view from the garden was marvelous, and we could enjoy it while sipping on our morning coffee.

The restaurant service was not up to par, with long wait times for food and high prices.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I enjoyed the view of the indigenous forest from my window. The hotel facilities, including the pool and the common area with plenty of chairs, were very well-maintained and provided a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located right on the garden, allowing for a peaceful and tranquil experience. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was excellent in their service.

The personal attention at Villa Florencia made me feel like part of the family. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even handwrote a recipe for my favorite dessert. The food was delicious and I left the breakfast and dinner absolutely stuffed. I highly recommend this hidden paradise for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

Spent New Year's Eve in a green, spacious hotel with delicious meals and friendly staff. The location was hidden, but GPS helped. The hotel premises was cozy and perfect for relaxation, with a beautiful pool and gardens, adding a touch of nature to our stay. Moreover, it was thoughtful of the hotel to offer two complimentary facts, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was hard to find, as it was set back from the road. Additionally, there were some minor issues with forgetful staff and basic room finishes.

Great views and spacious rooms, plus a yummy breakfast included in the price - those are the only good things about this overrated hotel.

My xmas stay here was a disappointment. the hot tub was cold, the food was simply okay, and the staff wasn't very friendly.
